This staff was invented by a man keen on uttering such strange phrases such as "don't mind me, I'm just leaving a trail of destruction in my wake" at the most inappropriate times (for example, with his mouth full of Vanilla Pudding). How he came to make the Vine Staff is anybody's guess, but, then, so was everything he did.
